Payment terms and conditions

A 30% deposit on the booking will be required

No fees required for cancellation or booking changes within 20 days prior to arrival.
No deposit refund for cancellations or booking changes made after the 20 days prior to arrival.
Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms and all the common areas, according to the law about smoking policy in public areas. It’s possible to smoke outdoor in our green spaces.

The guests will be responsible or liable for any damage. The repair expenses will be charged on the room bill.

Animals and pets

Animals and pets are welcome in our resort though there are a few rules to be observed:
Dogs must be kept on a leash
Owners must collect their animal’s droppings
Animals are not to be left alone in the bedroom
Animals are not allowed to stay on beds and sofas.
Owners will be liable for any damage
